Following our initial phone call, we schedule a 30-minute in-home consultation ($150). This on-site visit allows us to walk through your space, discuss functionality, style preferences, project scope, and overall investment expectations in greater detail.
You’ll receive professional guidance and early direction, ensuring your project begins with clarity and intention.
The consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment.

Design Quote & Contract
Following the in-home consultation, you’ll receive a detailed design proposal outlining scope, fees, and next steps. Once approved, a formal contract is issued to move the project into the design phase.
This ensures clarity and alignment before we begin.

Design Phase Begins
Once the contract is signed, we schedule a dedicated start date for your design work.
This phase includes:
Vision boards
Space planning + layouts
Material selections
Cabinetry, tile, flooring, paint, lighting, and fixture selections
Furnishings + finish coordination

Selections Finalized
Once layouts and selections are approved, all specifications are documented and prepared for construction pricing. This step ensures accurate quotes and prevents costly surprises.

Construction Quote & Contract
With finalized design plans in place, we coordinate a contractor walk-through and obtain detailed labor pricing.
You’ll receive a construction proposal outlining scope, timeline, and payment structure. Once approved, a construction contract is issued.

Deposit & Construction Start Date
After the construction contract is signed and the required deposit is received, we secure your start date and schedule the project accordingly.
Materials are ordered and timelines are confirmed.
